What if I want “raw” or “uncut” footage?

Technically, nothing is ever “raw.” Raw is a term used by the masses, but 99% of people don't actually understand it. If we gave you a file straight out of the camera, it would be unplayable on all your devices, have horrible to no audio, and exhibit more issues. We deliver usable products only. Even the “uncut” files still need to be pieced together from the different camera angles so the video makes sense and isn't jumping back and forth in time. We need to add and edit the audio we capture via professional audio equipment, then match it to the mouths of the people talking, among many other tasks. Additionally, we must render the files so you can play them on all devices. There is a lot more that goes into it, but that's a basic summary. Takes several working hours. We charge $300-$400 for each “uncut” video file, depending on how many you'd like.

How do I secure a date? When are payments due?

I would send you a contract. Super easy to sign online. The minimum is 30% down (you can choose to pay more) required to secure your date. The remainder balance is due a month before the wedding or sooner. Deposits make it so we refuse other leads and are nonrefundable. We do offer a 10% discount if you pay in full (PIF) at signing.

When do I find out who my videographer will be?

Not long after you book your day! (Specific requests can be submitted) We hold our entire team to the highest standards and all our videographers, photographers and other vendors will always be top notch.

How far in advance should I book my wedding photographer and videographer?

We are super high in demand because of our pricing compared to the quality of work. Already we have bookings 3 years from now! Not just with photographers, but most other high end wedding services already have a year+ waiting list! Covid really pushed everyone back a year and now we are getting booked solid! If we told you that your date is available… Secure it ASAP. There literally isn’t anyone else in the area with the same level of work for the pricing. You will regret waiting.

What payments do you accept?

Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal and credit cards (2.9% fee for cards)

How long will it take to receive my finished gallery?

Mostly depends on the time of season. No more than 40 business days no matter what. Recently we have been averaging deliveries in 30 days or less.

Can I pay to have my photos edited and delivered within the week after the wedding?

YES! You can pay $2000 to expedite your package and move you to the front of the line. This only includes online gallery and not physical products.

Do you charge any travel fees or charge for multiple locations on wedding day?

NO! No one likes extra fees. Everything is included in the one price. It’s actually really common for people to have multiple locations throughout the wedding day and most companies charge extra for it! Not us!

Does your company also provide video services?

YES!! Ask about getting a videographer added to your package. We have an amazing team and have multiple video options!

Do you use watermarks on the photos?

NOOOOO! No one likes watermarks. Any real pro will understand this. Everything is included in the price. You will have full access to all your gallery and have the rights to do as you please with them!

What if I don’t want an engagement session but my package includes it?

The engagement session can be used or exchanged for different purposes. Examples are, but not limited to… Added wedding day coverage, photoshoot session after the wedding or physical product additions.
