How do I secure a date? When are payments due?

I would send you a contract. Super easy to sign online. The minimum is 30% down (you can choose to pay more) required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due a month before the wedding or sooner. Deposits make it so we refuse other leads and are nonrefundable. We do offer a 10% discount if you pay in full (PIF) at signing.

How far in advance should I book my wedding photographer?

We are super high in demand because of our pricing compared to the quality of work. Already we have bookings 3 years from now! Not just with photographers, but most other high end wedding services already have a year+ waiting list! Covid really pushed everyone back a few years and now we are getting booked solid! If we told you that your date is available… Secure it ASAP. There literally isn’t anyone else in the area with the same level of work for the pricing. You will regret waiting.

What payments do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal and Zelle. Checks only accepted in person.

How long will it take to receive my finished gallery?

Mostly depends on the time of season. 30-90 days. Nothing more than 90 business days no matter what. Recently we have been averaging deliveries in 30-45 days or less.

Can I pay to have my photos edited and delivered within the week after the wedding?

YES! You can pay $1000.00 to expedite your package and move you to the front of the line. This only includes online gallery and not physical products.

Do you charge any travel fees or charge for multiple locations on wedding day?

NO! No one likes extra fees. Everything is included in the one price. It’s actually really common for people to have multiple locations throughout the wedding day and most companies charge extra for it! Not us!

Do your prices change?

YES!! It all depends on the time of the season. Prices will decrease in the off season winter months and then increase during the spring, summer and prime time wedding months.

Do you use watermarks on the photos?

NOOOOO! No one likes watermarks. Any real pro will understand this. Everything is included in the price. You will have full access to all your gallery and have the rights to do as you please with them!

What if I don’t want an engagement session but my package includes it?

The engagement session can be used or exchanged for different purposes. Examples are, but not limited to: added wedding day coverage, a photo shoot session after the wedding, or physical product additions.

How do you protect our images?

We keep your images stored on physical drives as well as the cloud. Your finished gallery will stay online for years.

What if you get sick? Or something happens that prevents you from working the wedding day?

Out of hundreds of weddings, this has never happened, and Alec has never missed one. We do, however, have backup plans in place. We have carefully picked our team members to ensure success all around, so no matter what, you will have a professional on your special day. Alec has attended back-to-back weddings successfully with a smile, even when his mother passed away the day before. Through any life events, Alec and his crew are the only ones you can trust to always show up.

Do you need a shot list?

A shot list is more for the client's peace of mind. We will capture all the family combinations, guests, etc. It is always great to have a list to double-check very important specific things the client must have. Usually, we give the shot list to a bridal party member (or anyone who knows the most people by name) or a second shooter to call out while the lead photographer takes the photos.
